Ideas Beyond Boundaries — A digital home for campus startup culture.

E-Summit '26 is the flagship entrepreneurship summit hosted by the iConnect Club, bringing together student founders, venture capitalists, industry speakers, and hackathons under one roof. I designed the end-to-end web experience around the theme "Ideas Beyond Boundaries"—translating the ambition of building a startup into an atmospheric, high-conversion event platform.

Fragmented schedules & static registration forms

University summit websites often feel like afterthoughts—scattering competition rules across PDF links, burying speaker lineups, and sending attendees to disconnected Google Forms, which leads to high drop-offs during registration.

A unified, high-craft digital command center

A dark-mode editorial web experience featuring an atmospheric mountain-peak hero ("Ideas Beyond Boundaries"), interactive event track filtering, scannable day-wise timelines, and a streamlined 2-step pass registration flow.

Designed for high traffic and fast mobile discovery.

Because over 70% of students open event links directly from WhatsApp groups and Instagram stories, the layout was engineered for instant mobile legibility and zero-friction CTA access:

10+ Tracks Pitch battles, keynote sessions, startup expos, and workshops organized in one view.
< 30 sec From landing on the hero page to finding an event track and initiating registration.
100% Responsive grid system built for both desktop showcases and on-ground mobile check-ins.

Balancing cinematic branding with event utility.

01. "Ideas Beyond Boundaries" Hero High-contrast alpine visuals paired with emerald-teal accents (`#2DD4BF`) and a glowing dotted trajectory line guiding eyes straight to the primary CTA.
02. Interactive Event & Competition Hub Categorized cards for flagship competitions, speaker panels, and networking sessions with instant rulebook and prize pool previews.
03. Speaker & Mentor Spotlight Editorial portrait grid highlighting visiting founders, investors, and alumni with direct links to their session timings.
04. Quick-Scan FAQ & Venue Guide Accordion FAQ module and direct contact routing to eliminate repetitive attendee queries for the organizing team.

Designing for real-world event momentum

Designing for a live university summit taught me how to balance atmospheric visual storytelling with strict information hierarchy. When hundreds of students are browsing on the go, clear typography, fast-loading assets, and unmistakable call-to-actions matter just as much as the hero visual.
